Debris removal & hauling

Debris Removal & Hauling in Northwest Arkansas

Some piles aren’t junk from the house. They’re what a remodel, a storm or a cleared fence line leaves behind. We load the debris, haul it off and price it by the space it takes in our trailer.

Local rules

Debris rules around Northwest Arkansas

Each city sorts debris its own way. Here’s what the official pages say.

  • Springdale: The bulky pickup takes up to 8 cubic yards per pickup, twice a year, and construction materials are limited to 2 cubic yards.
  • Rogers: GFL doesn’t count construction or demolition debris as bulky waste, so it isn’t picked up.
  • Fayetteville: The free curbside pickup won’t take tree stumps or boxes full of debris. Less than a truckload of brush goes out as yard waste or to the city’s Compost Facility.
  • Bella Vista: Republic picks up one large item a week with notice (no appliances). For other large items and yard waste, the city points residents to the Benton County Solid Waste District.

From City of Springdale: Bulky Waste Program, City of Rogers: GFL Curbside Waste, City of Fayetteville: Bulky Waste and City of Bella Vista: Trash & Recycling, checked September 30, 2026. Rules and fees change, so confirm with your city before you set anything out. Chums is not affiliated with any city, district or hauler.

Common questions

Debris Removal questions

What’s the difference between debris removal and junk removal?

Mostly what’s in the pile. Debris is what a project or a storm leaves behind: tear-out, lumber, drywall, brush and limbs. Junk is the stuff from inside the house. We haul both, priced the same way, by the space it takes in our trailer. See junk hauling.

Can one load mix remodel debris and yard debris?

Yes. One load can hold tear-out from a remodel and brush from the yard together. It’s priced as one load, by the space it takes.

How do I get a price for a debris pile?

Text a photo that shows the whole pile and tell us what’s in it. We price it upfront by trailer space, and disposal fees are included.

Will my city pick up debris at the curb?

Within limits. City programs take brush and some bulky items, and each one sets its own rules for construction debris. The local rules on this page list what each official page says.
