How move-out cleanouts is priced
A cleanout is priced by how much of our 16-foot trailer it fills, agreed before we load. Photos of each room help us size it.

City pickups and move-outs around Northwest Arkansas
City bulk programs are built around one household at a time. Here’s what the official pages say.
- Springdale: The city won’t schedule a bulky pickup for a tenant, neighbor or family member without that person’s prior approval, and residents need a copy of their water bill.
- Springdale: A household with more than 16 cubic yards can ask about the city’s paid bulky waste service instead.
- Fayetteville: The bulky waste drop-offs are only for Fayetteville solid waste customers, who need a recent utility bill and a driver’s license.
- Bentonville: Large-item requests go by email to Republic Services, one request per item, for one item a week.

Who do you do property cleanouts for?

Do you do eviction cleanouts?
Yes. We do eviction cleanouts. We clear out what’s left, priced upfront like any other cleanout.
How soon can you come?
Whenever you need us. Tell us the date you’re working toward. Same-day pickup may be available when the schedule allows.
Can a tenant book the cleanout, or only the landlord?
Either one. Tenants moving out book cleanouts too.
Do you move furniture to the new place?
No. We haul away what you’re not keeping. We’re not a moving company.
