Can you handle rental turnovers between tenants?
Yes. Single units and houses have their own page: move-out and property cleanouts, including evictions. For multi-unit or ongoing turnovers, we set up a schedule that fits.
Do you provide upfront, itemized pricing for our records?
Yes. Commercial jobs get the same upfront pricing, and we can itemize it for your accounting or property records.
Will the city pick up a tenant turnover at my apartment complex?
Often not. Fayetteville’s free bulky pickup excludes apartments and multi-unit complexes, and Springdale’s excludes apartment complexes with more than five units. We handle turnovers on your timeline.

Local rules
Where city pickups stop for rentals and businesses
City bulk programs are built for single-family homes. Here’s what the official pages say about everything else.
- Fayetteville: The free bulky pickup excludes businesses, apartments, condos, mobile homes and multi-unit complexes (3 or more units).
- Springdale: Apartment complexes with more than five units aren’t eligible for the bulky waste pickup.
- Rogers: GFL is the contracted provider of residential solid waste and bulk pickup, and it doesn’t pick up construction or demolition debris.
