Our story
Built in Garfield, for Northwest Arkansas
Chums started the way most good local businesses do — with a truck, a trailer, and a reputation to earn one job at a time. James and the crew are based in Garfield, in far-eastern Benton County, and roll out across Northwest Arkansas every morning: Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista, Pea Ridge, Springdale, Fayetteville, and everywhere between.
We treat every haul like it’s our own driveway. That means showing up on time, doing the heavy lifting, agreeing the price before we load, and sweeping up before we go. It’s not complicated — it’s just how neighbors ought to treat each other. That’s how we earned 72 five-star reviews and counting.

Our 16-foot dump trailer is the whole pricing model: you pay for the room your junk takes — a quarter, a half, three-quarters, or the full box — agreed before we start. No hourly meter, no mystery invoice. See it fill on the trailer gauge.
Whatever comes off, we sort as we load. Usable items are set aside to donate, recyclables are kept out of the landfill where we can, and the rest is disposed of responsibly. Estate cleanouts and garage cleanouts especially — a lot of good stuff finds a second home.
