How garage cleanouts is priced

A full garage is priced by how much of our 16-foot trailer it fills, from a quarter load to a full one, agreed before we start. A few photos from the door usually show us the whole space.

Disposal fees are included in the price we give you.

Local rules

What city pickups won’t take from a garage

Garages hold the exact things curbside programs turn down. Here’s what the official pages say.

Springdale: The bulky pickup won’t take bagged items, cardboard, paint or chemicals, and the city says nothing gets picked up if any of them are in the pile.
Rogers: GFL treats anything in a bag as household trash, not bulk. Paint, batteries, engine parts and automotive fluids are on its not-accepted list.
Fayetteville: The free curbside pickup takes one category of items per visit, up to five items. Hazardous waste goes to the city’s Household Hazardous Waste drop-off trailer at S. Happy Hollow Road and 15th Street, open Thursdays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Benton County: The District’s special-waste drop-off sites take household hazardous materials, along with furniture, appliances, electronics and metal items. Fees and material limits apply.

Do I have to sort everything before you come?

No. Point out anything you want to keep and we take care of the rest — no pre-sorting or hauling to the curb required.

How is a full garage cleanout priced?

By how much room your junk takes in our 16-foot trailer, agreed upfront before we load. Text photos for a clear number.

Can you do it in one visit?

Most garages are a single-visit job. If it is a big one, we will tell you what to expect when you send photos.

What about old paint, oil and chemicals?

We can’t haul hazardous materials. In Benton County, the Solid Waste District’s drop-off sites take household hazardous materials (fees and limits apply), and Fayetteville runs a Household Hazardous Waste drop-off trailer. We’ll take everything else.
