These terms apply to your use of this website and the junk removal services provided by Chums Junk Removal (“Chums,” “we,” “us”) in Northwest Arkansas. By using this site or booking a job, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Chums provides junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services for homes and businesses across Benton and Washington counties. We are a service-area business based in Garfield, AR — we come to you.

Estimates & pricing

Prices are based on the space your items take in our trailer, plus item type, and are confirmed with you before we begin loading. Estimates given by phone, text, or photo are good-faith figures and may be adjusted once we see the actual items and access; we will always agree the final price with you before we start.

Scheduling & cancellation

We schedule jobs by phone or text. Same-day service may be available when the schedule allows. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Items we cannot take

For safety and by law, we cannot remove hazardous materials, including paint, oil, fuels, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, biohazard materials, pressurized tanks, or medical sharps. Let us know in advance if you are unsure about an item.

Property & access

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe, legal access to the items and the authority to have them removed. We take care with your property, but you agree to point out any concerns before we begin.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing for commercial or recurring accounts.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
