Boat removal

Boat Removal in Northwest Arkansas

A boat that won’t run anymore just sits, in the yard, the driveway or down by the water. We haul boats of all kinds, most of them rolling out on their own trailer, and we look at every job on its own because every boat and every spot is different.

Boats we haul

What we haul off

Where a boat ends up depends on its condition.

  • Jon boats
  • Bass boats
  • Pontoons
  • Fiberglass runabouts
  • Boats on their own trailer
  • Boats too far gone to tow (cut up)

How it works

Simple, upfront, done in a visit

  1. Send photos

Text photos of the boat and the way out: driveway, yard or lake lot.

  2. We assess it

Every boat is different, so we look at the boat and the spot, then give you a quote.

  3. Hauled away

Most boats leave on their own trailer. If one can’t be towed, we cut it up and haul it.

Local rules

Boats and city pickups

None of the city bulky programs we checked list boats. Here’s what they say about the parts that come with one.

  • Rogers: GFL’s bulk pickup doesn’t take automotive fluids, batteries or engine parts.
  • Fayetteville: Hazardous waste goes to the city’s Household Hazardous Waste drop-off trailer at S. Happy Hollow Road and 15th Street, open Thursdays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Benton County: The District’s special-waste drop-off sites take metal items and household hazardous materials. Fees and material limits apply.

From City of Rogers: GFL Curbside Waste, City of Fayetteville: Bulky Waste and Benton County Solid Waste District, checked September 30, 2026. Rules and fees change, so confirm with your city before you set anything out. Chums is not affiliated with any city, district or hauler.
