A unit is priced by how much of our trailer its contents fill, agreed upfront. The unit size and a photo through the door are usually enough.

Why city pickups don’t reach a storage unit
City bulk pickups are tied to your home address, so a unit’s contents need another route. Here’s what the official pages say.
- Fayetteville: The free curbside pickup is for single-family homes, duplexes and townhomes with city trash carts. Businesses, apartments and multi-unit complexes are excluded.
- Springdale: The bulky pickup requires proof of residency (a copy of your water bill), and items have to be set out at the address that requested it.
- Benton County: The District’s special-waste drop-off sites take household items like furniture and appliances, if you bring them. Fees and material limits apply.

Can you meet me at the storage facility?
Yes. Tell us the facility and a time that works, and we will meet you there to clear the unit.
How is a storage unit cleanout priced?
By how much room the contents take in our trailer, agreed upfront — the same clear pricing as any junk removal job.
Do I need to be there the whole time?
You need to open the unit, but once we know what is going, the crew handles the load-out.
Can the city bulk pickup take what’s in my storage unit?
Usually not directly. City curbside programs pick up at your home address; Springdale, for example, requires proof of residency and items set out at the address that requested it. We meet you at the facility instead.
