Common question

What is the cheapest way to get rid of junk?

Start with what you already pay for. Fayetteville gives each eligible household one free bulky pickup a year. Rogers takes two bulk items a month at no charge. Springdale picks up bulky waste twice a year.

Those programs have limits: item counts, categories, wait times and things they won’t take. Hauling it yourself costs fuel and time, and the county drop-off sites charge fees. Usable furniture and appliances can be given away or donated.

Paying a crew makes sense when the pile is bigger than the city allows, or you can’t lift it or haul it. Our junk hauling is priced by the space your junk takes in our trailer, with disposal fees included, and you get the price before we head out.

City rules from City of Fayetteville: Bulky Waste, City of Rogers: GFL Curbside Waste, City of Springdale: Bulky Waste Program and Benton County Solid Waste District, checked September 30, 2026. Rules and fees change, so confirm with your city before you set anything out. Chums is not affiliated with any city, district or hauler.
